Programs inside the app can’t be edited directly. However, we encourage you to treat them as structured guides - not rigid rules. If you need to adjust the number of training days, swap an exercise due to equipment access or injury, or slightly scale volume based on your recovery - go for it.
This system is built to guide you toward maximum progress, but it’s not an all-or-nothing approach. Make smart adjustments when necessary, and stay consistent with intensity and effort.
