Getting Started with Your Workout Program
The app is designed to be easy to use and guide you seamlessly through your fitness journey. Here’s how to get started:
Choosing Your Workout Program
The first time you open the app, you will be prompted to choose your Workout Program on the Select Program screen.
- Browse and choose the program that best fits your goals and current fitness level
- Tap "Choose Program". Once selected, your chosen workout program will automatically appear on your main screen
- To change your program, tap the Profile icon at the bottom right-hand side of the main screen. Tap "Change Program" to choose a new program.
Navigating Your Workouts
- The first workout in your program will automatically appear on the main screen
- Tap the gray "i" icon to view the workout overview including exercises and necessary equipment
- Tap the "Start" button to start your workout
Tracking Your Progress
- After you complete a workout, the app will automatically advance you to the next one—no need to track manually
- To view your progress, tap the “Workouts” button on the main screen under the "Progress" section
- Your workout streak will also be listed under the "Progress" section. Your streak refers to the number of consecutive days in a row that you have completed a workout in the app
The app also features a Community section to engage with other members and a Nutrition section for meal planning to align with your fitness goals
