The meal plans in the app are example plans designed to provide foundational guidance based on your goal - either Cutting or Bulking. You can assign an existing meal plan, or create your own meal plan. You can also access your grocery list. To get started, tap the apple icon at the bottom of the screen.
To add a meal plan, follow these steps:
- Tap "Open" on your kitchen drawer
- Tap "Plans"
- Select the plan of your choice
- Tap "Start Plan"
- Tap "Yes, Add Recipes"
