The steps to view your subscription renewal date depend on how you originally signed up for the app. Please follow the instructions below based on your sign-up method:
If you signed up for the app through the app's website:
- Head over to https://fst-7.plankk.com/profile/subscription
- Click "Log in with email" and enter your login credentials
- Our website will prompt you to our billing portal
- From there, you can see your renewal date
If you signed up for the app through the App Store or Google Play, you can view your renewal date by going to your device's subscription settings and tapping on your active subscriptions.
