The steps to cancel your subscription depend on how you originally signed up for the app. Please follow the instructions below based on your sign-up method:
If you signed up for the app through the app's website:
- Head over to https://fst-7.plankk.com/profile/subscription
- Click "Log In" and enter your login credentials
- Our website will prompt you to our billing portal
- From there, you can choose to cancel your subscription
If your subscription was set up through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
📱 Apple App Store:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription that you’d like to manage
- Tap Cancel Subscription

- Launch the Google Play Store app on your device
- Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions
- Tap on the app you would like to cancel the subscription for
- Follow the on screen instructions to cancel
