I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly through the app by following these steps:

1. Open the app
2. On the Sign In screen, tap "Already a Member? Sign In"
3. Tap "Forgot your password?"
4. Enter the email address you used to register
5. Tap "Send Email"
