My app won't open

If your app is crashing when you try to open the app, follow these steps to get back on track:

1. Update the App:
   Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. You can check this by visiting the App Store or Google Play and seeing if an update is available.

Still having issues? If you're on the latest version and are still experiencing issues, take a screenshot or screen recording that clearly shows what's happening.
