If your app is crashing when you try to open the app, follow these steps to get back on track:

Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. You can check this by visiting the App Store or Google Play and seeing if an update is available. -

If you're on the latest version and the app is still crashing, we’re here to help! Please email us at fst7@plankk.com and include the following info so we can troubleshoot faster:
- The email address you use to log into the app
- Your device type (e.g., iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy S22)
- The workout program, including the specific week and day you're on
- Any helpful screenshots or screen recordings clearly showing the issue
We’ll do our best to get you back to your workouts as quickly as possible!
